  • Only 44% of university graduates actually work in their field of study
  • Only 5% of people believe is it was not important at all for their employer to be environmentally responsible

Fair Work Australia - Fusion Workforce & Stratecom Fair Work Briefing Breakfast

Fair Work is the Labor Government’s new industrial relations system and has affected every Australian employee.

With new unfair dismissal and agreement making provisions which commenced on 1 July 09, and plenty more following on from there, it has been critical that employers understand the fundamental elements of Fair Work and understand the huge changes this has brought to the work environment.

Fusion Workforce in conjunction with Stratecom (Workforce Management and Policy Consultants) back in May 09 offered all of our clients a 60 minute Fair Work Briefing Breakfast that provided a pragmatic and non-legal insight in to what Fair Work is and what it means for day to day opertaions and HR Systems.

Charles Cameron is an expert in industrial relations and well known for his plain English presentations on what can otherwise be complex law.  We received some wonderful feedback from our clients about this presentation and will continue to hold regular updates as the need arises.
